It used to be banned under Jagex's first iteration of 3rd party client plugin restrictions. I tried this myself with and struggled a bit as an average PvMer. Wouldn't support this. OSRS has always had a problem with the huge gap between mid game and end game gearing. Fang is a really nice option to bridge that gap. Instead, my recommendation is pretty simple. Stop bullshitting and just give Ghrazi Rapier the stats identical to the Chaotic Rapier back in the day.Wouldn't support this.
